Hello. In 1975 I was in a pioneer camp near Astrakhan, I was 6 years old, but I remember that summer evening as if it were yesterday. I don’t remember the date or the month, August, I think. About 7-8 pm. There was a screen stretched out in the open air and we were all on benches. They were showing the cartoon Mowgli. But the stars were shining overhead, and that was more interesting. Suddenly, a halo began to form around one star. It grew and quickly became so huge that I didn’t understand why everyone, even the counselors, continued to look at the screen and not at the sky. This halo was of an indefinite shape and color. Something foggy, more translucent at the edges, smoky, the color... at first it was all magically multi-colored without clear boundaries, then it became like wax, sandy tones, orange-yellow with milk... we had canaries, and at that moment I thought of the word "moire", that’s how dad used to talk about them. And then this miracle grew and suddenly began to descend to another star lower, touched it, as if attacked, captured, enveloped in the same halo, but smaller, the halos ("clouds"?) did not merge, between them as if part of them stretched, then the smaller "cloud" was as if sucked from below upwards into the first, pseudo-gradually it began to decrease, this lasted more than 20 minutes, but less than an hour. When it grew, the Internet appeared, I began to search for what I saw, but I found nothing anywhere. Any ideas? |
